I did have to be cautious on the steep stairs, but the cozy atmosphere and the cleanliness made it all worthwhile.

I had a delightful stay with a spacious, cozy room on the 4th floor, which featured great views and all the comforts I needed. The location was convenient, close to trams and some fantastic restaurants like Chez Fabrice, where I had a tremendous meal. The steep stairs were quite a workout, which might not be ideal for everyone, but the fresh bottled water available at the top floor was a nice touch.

absolutely shocked that I had to deal with such tiny, steep stairs and zero noise isolation. really, it's like they want you to trip and listen to everyone's business! after dealing with this, I expected an upgrade or at least a complimentary drink, but alas, just more disappointments! how thoughtful of them to keep it cozy, I guess.
